Project Compassion

During Lent, we encouraged students and families to take part in our fundraising efforts to contribute to Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion Campaign – For All Future Generations.  Spanning across the 40 days of Lent, Clairvaux, along with thousands of Australian schools and parishes, worked  together to raise funds for people living in some of the most vulnerable communities across the world.

A big thank you to our CSC Social Justice Representaives helped to support this project by: 

• Weekly collecting and counting money from classroom Project Compassion boxes 
• Collecting change on Canteen days.
• Promoting our Gold Coin Casual Clothes day.

Through our efforts we raised an amazing…. $1329.35                                                                                                                                                                           

First Eucharist

Year 4 students will be receiving the Sacrament of Eucharist for the first time this term.                                                

Important dates are as follows:

Eucharist Formation day (Yr 4 students) -   Tuesday 30th April - casual clothes may be worn.                                                                        

Eucharist Sacramental Dates            Friday 3rd May:    12 noon 

Sat 4th May:         6pm

Sun 5th May:        10.30 am 

                                                           Friday 10th May:  12 noon
